- Engine running on direct current "2 rails".
- Digital sound model equipped with an mfx/DCC encoder, including a number of sound and light functions, switchable to digital mode.

The little touch of history:
This HG 3/3 steam locomotive was put into service from 1905 on the Swiss Ballenberg-Dampfbahn. These railcars were supplied by SLM Winterthur. The biggest advantage of this 30-tonne locomotive was that it could also run downhill, so there was no need for long manoeuvres or reversing.
These locomotives had a power output of 400 horsepower for a maximum speed of 40 km/h in normal operating mode, and 13 km/h in cranking mode.
