To extend your extensive machine shop, a construction comprising two slots without side walls is provided for use in conjunction with the "Locomotive Rotunda with 12° pitch", Art. no. 120281. Each bay has three windows on the back wall, as well as a vent, skylight and chimney head. You'll also find drive parts and an articulated wire included to allow the gates to move, provided you have a servomotor (sold separately as Servo, Art. 180726). This structure is designed to accommodate locomotives measuring up to 290 mm including buffers, with a clearance of 72 mm between the gates and the bottom of the rails. It is compatible with all conventional track systems. If you are planning to build a semi-circular roundhouse, please allow 1 unit of item 120281 and 6 units of item 120282.
