The brand ESU offers a LokPilot function decoder 5 Fx micro DCC / MM / SX under part number 59118.
Technology for automatic connection to a digital control centre.
RailComPlus technology: Automatic connection to a digital control centre. Presentation of the ESU 59118 decoder, Has control of all DCC operating modes, can be controlled and programmed using compatible digital CPUs. Using RailCom, CV values on the main channel can be read (CV 1 to 255). This decoder also benefits from6 outputs with amplified functions that each hold a voltage of 180 mA. (the intensity of each output can be adjusted separately). Motorola users benefit from 28 speed levels and 255 addresses. 3 Motorola addresses can trigger 16 functions. The decoder benefits from a DCC protocol language, but can just as easily be registered under RailComPlus control centres. The LokPilot 5 Fx recognises Marklin braking sections as well as Zimo HLU/ZACK controls and the Lenz ABC system. It is possible to use a DCC braking module or a DC voltage. Currently, it stops with a Selectrix braking diode. This LokPilot 5 decoder can be used on 2 rail (DC) or 3 rail (AC) track. The decoder automatically switches between these two operating modes. To fill "sales"; "defective" track sections a PowerPack part number 54671 can be connected to the LokPilot 5 Fx Micro. The outputs are protected against short circuits.
