Hands over all DCC operating modes, can êbe driven; and programmed; à using compatible digital controllers. Thanks to RailCom, CV values on the main track can be read using compatible central units (CV 1 255). This dual encoder also features 6 outputs with amplified functions, each of which delivers 180 mA.(The current of each output can be adjusted separately.
The binary encoder uses a language under the DCC protocol, but can just as easily be registered under the RailComPlus control centres.
The LokPilot 5 Fx recognises Marklin braking sections as well as the Zimo HLU/ZACK and the Lenz ABC system. It is possible to use a DCC braking module or a DC voltage.
This LokPilot 5 encoder can be used on 2-rail (direct current) or3-rail (alternating current) tracks. The encoder automatically switches between these two operating modes.
