Who is Wilhem Conrad Röntgen?

He was a German physicist, born on 27 March 1845 in Lennep, Rhineland. He died on 10 February 1923 in Munich.

He discovered X-rays in 1895, earning him the Rumford Medal in 1896 and the first Nobel Prize in Physics in 1901.
