Under reference BM115025, find a beautiful pancard Chevron, signalling the arrival/exit of a turnout/station, at scale HO 1/87th.
Precisions on the two possible applications:
- With the chevron pointing down, the sign indicates to the driver that he is about to cross a switch. He must then reduce the speed of his machine. On single track, the chevron pointing downwards indicates imminent arrival at a station.
- With the chevron pointing upwards, the sign indicates to the driver that he will be crossing a heel switch. He must then reduce the speed of his machine. On single track, the chevron pointing upwards indicates a station exit.
Element characteristics:
- Post finely printed in 3 dimensions.
- Black and white plastic sign.
Assembly:
- Stick the sign to the post with Cyanoacrylate glue.
To improve the realism, you can:
- Thin the sign using fine sandpaper.
- Paint the back of the sign.
- Give an aged look with a light application of decorating clay.
- Use the holes to simulate fixing bolts.
