This scale model is a HO scale replica of a 3-axle Lails type covered wagon, blue livery, Flumroc, from the SNCF. It is offered by Jouef under the reference HJ6252.
The 3-axle Lails-type sheeted wagon is a type of wagon used in the 1970s by the SNCF, Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français, for the transport of goods. It is fitted with a tarpaulin to protect the cargo from bad weather. Articulated wagons of the Lails type were created, offering the possibility of carrying out loading and unloading operations laterally or vertically. From 1976, the Lails wagons used for traffic with the Iberian peninsula were modified to allow axle changes at the Franco-Spanish border
