The brand ZIMO provides a Miniature encoder under the rérence MX671 compatible for railway machinery à l'échelle HO 1/87ème and N 1/160ème.
This digital module is idéal to power end of convoy lights for cars, vans and wagons.
The features of this digital accessory under reference MX671:
- The MX671 ZIMO encoders have 6 wires. Unlike the motor encoders, the motor outputs are replaced by n°3 and n°4 (Fo3 / Fo4) outputs/functions.
- The MX671 ZIMO encoders have 6 wires.
- This device delivers 700 Ma (0.7 A) to the outputs, for a maximum voltage of 35 volts.
- Features: POM programming for secondary address, mapping, RailCom, as well as numerous lighting effects (attacute, fade, flash, stop lights, flashing beacon, etc...), digital dereacutor and smoke generator (regulated according to the dynamics of the traction unit).

- It is possible to add a 25-volt capacitive extension, provided that the rails do not pass 24 volts (in this case it is recommended to use a 35-volt capacitor). This addition helps to limit the flickering of the lighting when the wheels come into contact with the tracks.
