Studied by the organisation "Office Central d'Etude du Matériel" (OCEM), these two-axle vans were intended to be integrated into beautiful passenger carriage trains.
In 1930, the PO and the State received these vans, which they used on their fast trains. When the SNCF was created, the OUEST, SUD OUEST and SUD EST networks were allocated these legendary vans. They were used until the 1980s.
