What digital options does it offer?
- Engine fitted with an ESU LokSound 5 decoder for DCC, Motorola, M4 and SelecTrix operation. Includes a digital rail vehicle interface with 21 poles.
- Sound effects are digitised from a KG230 B locomotive, fitted with a Deutz 12-cylinder A12 L 714 engine. Loudspeaker with large sound capsule, for optimum hearing comfort. Independent recording to control centres, thanks to RailComPlus functionality.
- PowerPack storage capacitor for uninterrupted power supply.
- Model equipped with interior fittings (including driver's cab), and reversible LED lights depending on direction of travel.
- Chassis lighting and brake sparks during sudden braking.
What about the mechanism?
- Bell-armature motor with inertia mass. Motor with grip tyre and 2 axles. Also includes a buffer capacitor and an internal digitally controlled clutch.
- For added detail, brake sparks are emitted during hard braking.
- Smoke generator fitted as standard and synchronised with the sound of the motrix (a pipette for filling the smoke generator is included).
- Shoe supplied for use with 3 rail AC or 2 rail DC.
