For the record:
This V60 diesel locotractor featuring a red book, was put into service by German railway company Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) during Era IV (1987).
From 1956, DB began acquiring 3-axle V60 shunting locomotives, with the aim of modernising its shunting operations. These machines could reach a maximum speed of 60 km/h on mainline trains, which corresponded to the current speed of long-distance freight trains.
