9152 C: Comfort turntable with electric drive and individually electrically controlled rail outlets.
The turntable is produced in prototypical pit construction and with exemplary representation of all details. The basic equipment of the turntable consists of 6 access tracks and 4 blind sockets. The number of access routes can be changed in any arrangement at an angle of 7.5° and can be extended to a total of 48 route connections using turntable extension kits 9153.
The thinking turntable : The 6910 switch controls the rotation of the turntable to reach the corresponding track output. Traction current is injected into the turntable. The desired track output to which the turntable is connected is electrically activated using switch 6910. All other track outputs (including the one opposite) are then automatically de-energised. This means that up to 48 track branches can be individually controlled and electrically energised without the need to lay additional cables.
