What does this pack contain?
This Roco brand product, part number 6154 includes various components required for the device to work properly:
- 1 DB 16 m unified type swing bridge.
- 1 power supply unit.
- 1 remote control to rotate the motorised turntable on its axis.
- 1 run controller to manoeuvre the locomotives on the turntable.
Additional features:
This is an H0 model based on a 16-metre turntable, ideal for small systems. It allows locomotives to be run with a centre-to-centre distance of up to around 170mm, although some locomotives considerably exceed this length over the buffers.
The turntable is manufactured to the detail of the actual pit, with all the essential components. It includes 6 access tracks and 4 blind sockets, which can be connected and modified at any 15° angle. You can also extend the connections to a total of 24 with 6155 turntable extension kits.
The turntable model is designed to route traction current via the turntable. Using the switch, you can select which side of the bridge is to be powered. Only the track connected to that side of the turntable is powered. With this model of turntable, you can park a locomotive on one track without power while allowing another locomotive to run on the opposite track, which is powered via the turntable.
