Ree Models offers a OCEM van 30 "BORDEAUX" ex-ETAT from the SNCF, with 2 end of convoy lights, roller boxes, window bars and smooth roof under reference VB115.
The SNCF's ex-State OCEM 30 "Bordeaux" van was a specific type of van used by the Société nationale des chemins de fer français (SNCF) that was formerly in service on the Compagnie des chemins de fer de l'État (State) network. The OCEM 30 "Bordeaux" vans were based on the general design of the OCEM 30 vans, but carried the name "Bordeaux" in reference to the city of Bordeaux, where a major rail depot was located. These vans were mainly used for transporting luggage and general goods. They were designed as bogie wagons with a steel structure and wooden side walls, just like the other vans in the OCEM 30 series. They were equipped with sliding doors on the sides to facilitate loading and unloading. The term "ex-État" indicates that these vans were formerly operated by the Compagnie des chemins de fer de l'État before the nationalisation of the French rail network in 1938, which gave rise to the SNCF. After nationalisation, the ex-State OCEM 30 "Bordeaux" vans were integrated into the SNCF fleet and continued to be used on the French rail networks.
