Receiver for switching points, signals and uncoupling lanes. The m 83 provides support for Motorola and DCC digital formats. Digital addresses can be defined via coding switches or via the programming channel. The available addressable range extends up to address 320 in Motorola format and up to address 2040 in DCC format. The m 83 has 8 separately controllable outputs. The default configuration includes switching of up to 4 switches. Other functions include switching lighting (dimmable) according to specific behaviour (e.g. road lighting) or switching building lighting. External power supply possible, e.g. via 66361, only in conjunction with 60822. Decoders 60831 and 60841 can be fitted in series. Motorised drives require a preparation set ref. 60821. Connection is via clamp terminals. Maximum current rating approx. 3A.
